I founded Qualistra on the belief that experience carries responsibility. After more than 30 years helping organisations navigate change, deliver programmes and unlock opportunities, I continue to be driven by one simple philosophy: "If you can, you should." Drawing upon more than three decades of experience across the UK rail sector and wider engineering industries, Qualistra supports organisations facing operational challenges, commercial pressures, programme delivery demands, and transformational change.

Mike Harmer is a senior business leader with more than 30 years of experience across rail, engineering, manufacturing, innovation, and technology sectors. His career successfully combines board-level leadership with practical operational involvement, helping organisations strengthen governance, improve delivery performance, recover challenged programmes, and achieve sustainable commercial growth.
